A stunning Barn conversion in an ideal location for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coastline and the surrounding areas.

Grove Farm Barn has been tastefully renovated, situated in open Suffolk countryside with panoramic views. Furnished to the highest standard with two bedrooms sleeping up to four people . Two further people can be accommodated for on a fully sprung sofa bed situated in the main barn under the mezzanine. We also have a 4 Star Visit Britain rating.

Accomodation

The vaulted barn comprises of a lounge area with television with freeview, DVD, Playstation 2, radio and CD player. There is also a formal dining area and a children’s corner with games.

There is a large kitchen breakfast room equipped with stainless steel fan oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board as well as use of a tumble drier for a small charge. All you need for a comfortable stay.

Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with bath.

On the ground floor is the twin bedroom with adjacent shower room and toilet.

Garden

Outside is a separate garden with seating for outside entertaining and relaxing. There is also a pond area, care needed with children, to sit by and a large lawn.

Location and Local Attractions

The nearest town is Halesworth which is a pretty market town, only four miles from the barn. There are many independent shops and cafes, 40 acres of park land, open air swimming pool and pay and play golf course.

Around the barn there are many public footpaths ideal for cyclists and nature lovers.

The local pub ‘The Rumbrugh Buck’ is 2 miles away and serves good quality food.

  • Southwold, a picturesque seaside town, pier and clean sandy beach plus many attractions.
  • Walberswick, famous for crabbing and Dunwich part of the National Nature Reserve, good for walking and bird watching all year round.
  • Minsmere RSPB nature reserve and walks.
  • Snape Maltings, restored malt houses containing restaurants, art galleries, shops and the Aldeburgh festival hall.
  • Easton Farm Park ideal for families.
  • The Norfolk Broads are 20 miles away where boats can be hired for a day on the water.
